Overview

Our production company was commissioned to deliver end to end photography and real-time content production for Royal Ascot, one of Britain’s most prestigious social and sporting events.

Working across two major activations, including a Longines luxury experience and a VIP Summer House lounge  our team captured and delivered over 4,000 high quality images to influencers, celebrities, and brand partners in real time.

This large scale operation combined live shooting, instant editing, and on site delivery, ensuring guests received beautifully presented content almost instantly – including engraved silver photo frames for Longines VIPs.

Objectives

  • Capture premium lifestyle and event imagery of Longines brand activations and VIP guests throughout Royal Ascot.

  • Deliver professionally edited photographs in real time for immediate use on social media and PR platforms.

  • Provide personalised, tangible keepsakes for Longines guests through framed photo prints produced and engraved on-site.

Our production team designed and executed a seamless real time image pipeline, enabling guests and brand partners to receive professional photographs within minutes of capture.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Instant editing and retouching handled by an on-site team to maintain consistent colour grading and brand alignment.

  • Real time delivery system via personalised QR codes, allowing guests to instantly download their photos.

  • Luxury presentation for Longines: engraved silver frames printed and hand delivered to guests during the event.
