Overview

Our production company was commissioned to deliver on the ground photography and real time content production for the BAFTA Awards, one of the UK’s most prestigious entertainment events. Working alongside P&O Cruises, the official BAFTA partner, we provided full coverage of the red carpet experience, capturing iconic moments with some of the biggest names in film and television.

Television presenter Laura Whitmore, commissioned by P&O Cruises, hosted celebrity interviews throughout the evening – adding an energetic and personable dynamic to the content we produced.

Objectives

  • Capture high quality, publication ready photography of top celebrity talent on the red carpet, including the cast of Gavin and Stacey and other high profile guests.

  • Edit and deliver content in real time, ensuring immediate availability for press, PR, and social media distribution.

  • Support P&O Cruises’ BAFTA partnership through visually engaging branded content that aligned with the brand’s elegant, celebratory tone.

Our Role

Our team managed both photography and live editing across multiple on site workstations. With a fast paced workflow, we delivered hundreds, if not thousands of images within hours of capture, ensuring instant media circulation.

This included:

  • Real time capture and upload of red carpet photography.

  • On the spot editing to meet live publishing standards.

  • Coordination with PR teams and media outlets for immediate content distribution.

  • Coverage of Laura Whitmore’s celebrity interviews, capturing candid and engaging moments that highlighted both talent and P&O Cruises’ partnership presence.

 

Creative Approach

The focus was on elevated editorial style photography – clean, cinematic, and polished to reflect the glamour of the BAFTAs while maintaining the authenticity of the red carpet atmosphere.
