Overview

Boat Studios was commissioned to deliver complete production and post-production coverage for Fintech Week London 2025 – a multi location event celebrating innovation, leadership, and collaboration across the global financial technology sector.

The week long programme featured keynote speakers, live panels, networking sessions, and industry activations hosted across several of London’s most iconic venues.

Boat Studios’ role encompassed every aspect of content creation – from daily highlights and interviews to polished feature films and high end editorial photography – designed to capture the spirit, scale, and sophistication of the event.

OBJECTIVES

  • Deliver end to end content production across multiple venues and event formats.

  • Create engaging video content that communicated key themes, energy, and thought leadership from Fintech Week.

  • Produce daily deliverables for immediate social and digital publishing.

  • Capture premium still photography in a Vanity Fair style aesthetic for speakers, guests, and partners.

  • Provide a final hero film summarising the entire week’s experience, achievements, and momentum.

OUR ROLE

Boat Studios managed the full creative, production, and post production pipeline, ensuring a seamless workflow across multiple venues and fast paced schedules.

Deliverables included:

  • 23 Mini Podcasts – Short form recorded interviews with speakers and thought leaders, produced for Fintech Week’s digital channels.

  • 5 Feature Films – One major video delivered each day, highlighting key themes, panels, and networking moments.

  • Daily 30 Second Reels – Fast-turnaround social clips summarising the day’s highlights.

  • Editorial Photography – Vanity Fair inspired stills and professional headshots of speakers, executives, and VIPs.

  • Event Trailer – A cinematic teaser setting the tone for the week.

  • Hero Film – A final event documentary capturing the full energy and impact of Fintech Week London.
