Overview

Our production company was invited to capture “The Perfect Match,” an exclusive Brunello Cucinelli event hosted atop the Harrods Helipad – one of London’s most private and restricted luxury venues.

Having only opened earlier this year, the helipad has been used by just two production teams to date, making this project both an honour and a creative milestone.

The event brought together VIP guests, brand partners, and media for an intimate experience celebrating craftsmanship, style, and elegance – all set against panoramic views of London.

Objectives

  • Capture the luxury, intimacy, and exclusivity of Brunello Cucinelli’s private Harrods event.

  • Deliver high quality photography and two Instagram Reels in real time for immediate brand and guest sharing.

  • Provide VIP guests with instant access to their imagery via a custom QR code link, allowing immediate downloads for personal and social use.

  • Maintain the brand’s refined Italian aesthetic:  warm tones, sophisticated compositions, and understated luxury.

Our Role

Our team managed on site photography, videography, editing, and delivery, ensuring all content was shot, edited, and distributed in real time.

Key elements of our work included:

  • Capturing the event atmosphere, fashion details, and guest interactions across the helipad.

  • Producing two Instagram Reels highlighting the event’s energy, luxury setting, and Cucinelli’s signature aesthetic.

  • Delivering instant access for guests via unique QR code galleries, enabling immediate download and sharing.

  • Coordinating with Harrods and Brunello Cucinelli’s PR teams to ensure all content aligned with brand tone and exclusivity requirements.

Creative Approach

The creative direction aimed to merge cinematic luxury with authentic storytelling, focusing on:

  • Golden hour lighting and natural tones reflecting the Cucinelli palette.

  • Elegant camera movement and seamless editing for a timeless, aspirational feel.

  • Discreet coverage that maintained privacy while capturing the essence of exclusivity.
