The event brought together experts from Endava, Google Cloud and AMD to discuss the practical applications of agentic AI and showcase how their partnership is driving innovation and scalable adoption across industries.
Hosted at F1 Arcade in central London, the evening featured a fireside chat, live demo and networking reception, culminating in interactive racing experiences for guests. The production team was responsible for creating engaging visual content across video and photography that captured both the sophistication of the discussions and the vibrant atmosphere of the venue.

Objectives
Capture and deliver a full suite of video and photography assets that told a cohesive story of innovation, partnership and excitement.
Record four interviews with key representatives from Endava, Google Cloud and AMD, highlighting the strategic value of their collaboration.
Showcase the event’s key moments including the fireside chat, demo session and interactive networking experiences.
Provide high quality assets for both external communications and internal engagement.

A long-form video (maximum 1.5 minutes) that balanced storytelling and visual energy, incorporating interviews, atmosphere, and clear messaging on the value of the Google Cloud x Endava partnership.

A series of 15 to 30 second clips designed for social media and LinkedIn, featuring impactful soundbites from leadership and key partners, suitable for external marketing and nurture campaigns.
Internal Recap Video
A shorter, emotive edit tailored for Endava’s internal communications, designed to inspire pride in the company’s partnerships and reinforce confidence in its AI strategy.
Photography
Event stills covering interviews, networking, fireside chats and demo moments, maintaining a professional tone while capturing the energy and personality of the space.
Execution
The production day began with crew setup at 11:30 am in Kingston upon Thames before relocating to F1 Arcade in London for the main event.
Filming followed a structured schedule aligned with the event flow, ensuring coverage of each key moment:
Arrival and Registration captured natural greetings and candid networking moments.
Reception and Welcome Drinks focused on atmosphere, client engagement and informal interactions.
Fireside Chat and Demo Presentations recorded keynote discussions, audience reactions and close-up details of live demonstrations.
Racing and Podium Moments highlighted the interactive, social aspect of the evening, balancing professional storytelling with genuine energy.
Interviews were filmed documentary-style to create a natural and conversational tone, supported by B-roll of the event environment and participants. Care was taken to avoid visible branding in restricted areas while maintaining consistent visual quality and composition.

Post-Production
Editing followed a streamlined workflow focused on efficiency and authenticity. Each deliverable was designed to feel human, dynamic and accessible while still communicating technical credibility.
